Any cancellation or modification on your part must be made at least 24 hours in advance. On the day of booking NO MODIFICATIONS OR CANCELLATIONS WILL BE MADE. If the weather is bad on the day of your booking, our first option would always be to offer you an alternative day to enjoy your booking. If this is not possible, you will be offered a voucher for a later date or a full refund. If you wish to extend your rental you will need to check availability with our booking centre. Any delay in returning the boat will incur a surcharge of €50 per 10 mins. If you arrive late to pick up your boat, that time will be deducted from your rental time. You will need to bring your mobile phone with your booking confirmation email to collect the boat. You will also receive the navigation map with the route designed for the hours of your rental. On it you will also find the areas to avoid and the permitted sailing area.
